Smartphone App Account Setup

Identity Step 1

Use the link below to go to the authentication management site. It will redirect you to the page to log into your Wycliffe Identity Profile page.

Google Step 1

Go to the Google Account Management 2SV security page, sign into your Wycliffe Google account. This link above will send you directly to your Google Account Management log in page.

Identity Step 2

There are six boxes on the Wycliffe Identity Profile Page. Find the one that is for Smartphone (see above for example) and click the Add button to start.

Google Step 2

There is a list of security options. Choose Authenticator App.

Click SET UP

Identity Step 3

The first question page makes sure you have a smartphone so you can complete the additional steps. Since you have already added the Smartphone App to your phone you can answer Yes to the question.

Identity Step 4

Here you should just answer, OK, I INSTALLED IT ON MY SMARTPHONE

Google Step 4

Open the Authenticator App on your Phone, Tap the Plus (+) symbol to add a new account. Choose Scan QR Code. If you phone asks for permission to use the camera, give it. Point the phone camera at the QR code on your computer and the app will capture the image. Save the account, it will now start producing 6 digit codes.

Identity Step 5

Following the instructions shown above, Open you Smartphone App and click the plus sign (+). Give the phone permission to use you camera if necessary, then point the phone at the QR code for the app to capture it. Once captured, save the account. It will now produce 6 digit codes. Click OK, MY APP IS GENERATING CODES NOW.

Google Step 5

The app produces a new code every 30 seconds. There is either a diminishing bar or a timer that tells you how much time is left for that code. With plenty of time on a code, type it in the box provided to verify you code. As soon as you type the code in click the VERIFY button.

Identity Step 7

If you were successful, you should see That's It!

The message will tell you what you login is and you should select the button to take you back to your profile: SEE MY PROFILE.
