Check 2SV Status
Make sure Voice and Text Message is not your only 2SV method!
Do you have 2SV set up for both your Wycliffe Identity and your Wycliffe Google Account?
You can easily check your Wycliffe accounts to see if, and how, you have 2SV enabled for each account. Follow the instructions below to log in and find out.

Identity Step 1
Use the link below to go to the authentication management site

Go to the Google Account Management 2SV security page, sign into your Wycliffe Google account

If you have not set up 2SV, you will be asked to immediately. Use the links at the bottom of this page to go to the instructions for you chosen method.
If you have signed up for 2SV you will be logged into My Wycliffe USA Identity homepage. There are two rows of boxes. The bottom row contains your 2SV status for Smartphone App, Security Key, and Printable backup codes.
Look at the three boxes to see the dates you set them up. If you see ADD or CREATE in any of those boxes you have not set up that method. You are required to set up 1 method. We recommend you have 2 methods.

If you have not set up 2SV, you will be asked to Get Started.
Look at the top of the page to see what methods you have set up.
Make sure that Voice or text message is not your only 2SV method.
If you want to setup additional methods, please got to appropriate locations on this website.
